 I'm a Gym junky and an obstacle mud racer who doesn't like running, but does it anyway. In the last year I completed everything from Rugged Maniac and the Spartan Sprint, to Tough Mudder and similar 12+ mile challenges. In addition to my fast and muddy new hobby, I am also an online marketer so a great deal of my time is spent sitting in a chair, which is a pretty bad recipe for keeping fit. Therefore, when I train I look for effective, 'no-nonsense' programs that will improve my performance on all levels, and do it in a reasonable time frame.

When I first heard of the Zombie Apocalypse Survival Workout I hesitated. Apparently the thought of training with the image of brain hungry, super fast zombies chasing me around was not exactly appealing; but I took up the challenge anyways, and am glad I did. This program provides just the right balance between heavy lifting, and endurance training; something that many strength programs lack. Within the first three weeks there was a noticeable improvement in my stamina. Pull-ups became easier, my MPH has increased, and I was able to lift heavier weight than before.

I could only wish the Zombie Apocalypse Survival Workout was available when I was just entering the mud racing world, but even now it turned out to be incredibly effective -- My body is tighter, stronger, and faster. It is safe to say that I am, in fact, in the best shape of my life.
